Brandon Niepoetter is an associate attorney at Sivia Law, primarily based out of the firm’s Mt. Vernon location. A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law, Brandon earned his Juris Doctorate in 2019. He is a member of both the Missouri and Illinois Bar.

Brandon’s legal practice focuses on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Real Estate, and Corporate Law. Prior to joining Sivia Law in May 2022, he gained valuable experience as an associate attorney at Howard Haake from March 2020 to May 2022. His commitment to serving the community was also evident during his internship with Land of Lincoln Legal Aid, where he worked from May 2017 to May 2019.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from McKendree University, where he was actively involved in various academic societies, including Phi Alpha Theta, Pi Gamma Mu, and Phi Theta Kappa, as well as Show Choir.
