He previously worked for Justice Thomas Welch of the Illinois Appellate Court and is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri.

His family owns and operates a beverage distribution company in Illinois, and the product portfolio includes E&J Gallo Winery offerings. He also maintains his license to practice law in the state of Illinois. Jordan continues to advise Sivia Business & Legal Services' clients as needed and as available. He continues his relationship with the firm in an "Of Counsel" role. As an associate Attorney with SBLS, Jordan's regular practice areas included Corporate Law, Business Law, Transactional Drafting, Estate Planning and Real Estate.

Alex provides advice on a wide-range of tax issues and handles disputes with the IRS and Missouri Department of Revenue for both individuals and businesses. His exposure to tax matters began long before his admission to the Bar. Over the past seven years, Alex has either prepared or quality reviewed hundreds of individual and partnership tax returns. This experience has proven invaluable in establishing a foundation for successful client advocacy and reputation for effective tax controversy representation. To date, Alex has successfully saved his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in outstanding tax liabilities. Previously, Alex worked for H&R Block as a tax research specialist where he answered complex federal and state tax questions on topics that included eligibility for various tax credits and deductions, residency status, sources of income, and the First-Time Homebuyer Credit.
